Collaborative Kanban
- Problem
- A collaborative Kanban board must keep permissions, ordering, activity and notifications consistent while several people modify the same work.
- Decision
- I chose a server-first architecture with Next.js App Router, Server Actions and domain-oriented modules.
Collaborative Kanban- Challenge
- Persisting drag-and-drop ordering while coordinating optimistic updates, permissions and real-time events.
- Result
- Several people can move the same cards at once without losing order or permissions, and every change lands in the board's activity log.
