- A collaborative Kanban board must keep permissions, ordering, activity and notifications consistent while several people modify the same work.
- Decision
- I chose a server-first architecture with Next.js App Router, Server Actions and domain-oriented modules.

- Persisting drag-and-drop ordering while coordinating optimistic updates, permissions and real-time events.
- Result
- The product integrates authentication, collaboration, attachments, activity tracking, notifications and assistance for generating cards.
