How I use agents in a team's daily work, not as a demo.
I work with agents inside the repo: I use them to code, review and operate, the same as any other tool on the team.
Claude Code is the base, with MCPs (connectors to external services) and Agent Skills (reusable instructions). OpenCode and Copilot CLI for one-off jobs. My focus is preparing the repo (context, rules and checks) so the agent works well inside it.
The model is not the bit that matters — what matters is having the workflow versioned inside the repo. Per-project AGENTS.md, reusable skills, specialised sub-agents and event hooks so anyone on the team can pick it up on day one.
